I'm a senior interaction designer and user centred design consultant with over 20 years of experience in central government and the private sector, including HMRC, the Legal Aid Agency, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence and the Department for Work and Pensions.
I have worked across interaction design, user research and content design, and that breadth informs how I approach design problems. I promote a user-centred approach in everything I do, working iteratively in multidisciplinary teams creating accessible, research-driven digital services that get the right outcomes for users and organisations .
My background is in illustration and graphic design, and I love using these skills to bring research insights to life through storytelling, storyboards and sketchnoting.
